Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Solo Circle websites, mobile experiences, Circles, messaging, meetups, business profiles and related services. By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate registration information. You may not use Solo Circle if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Early access may require waitlist approval and an invitation. Keep credentials secure, use one genuine account and promptly update inaccurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access.

Approval, verification or a trust indicator is not an endorsement or guarantee of identity, character, reliability or safety.

Solo Circle helps adults discover travelers, join location-based, business or custom Circles, communicate and organize plans. Location matching may use device coordinates privately to confirm whether you are inside an area Circle. Other members receive an approximate area label, not your stored coordinates.

Features, eligibility rules, Circle limits and availability may change during development. We may test, pause or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, stalk, exploit, scam or pressure anyone. Do not publish private information, sexual content involving minors, illegal content, malware, spam or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Do not scrape the service, evade access controls, manipulate trust signals, reverse engineer protected systems or use automated tools without written permission.

You choose whether, where and how to meet. Solo Circle does not supervise meetups, conduct universal background checks or guarantee another user’s identity or behavior. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, arrange independent transport and leave whenever you feel uncomfortable.

Safety tools support personal judgment; they are not emergency services. Contact local emergency services when anyone faces immediate danger.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Solo Circle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the service, subject to your visibility choices and our Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights needed to submit content. You can delete content where controls are available, though copies may remain temporarily in backups or when retention is legally or operationally required.

Business profile owners must provide accurate information and have authority to represent the business. Verification may be withdrawn. Businesses remain responsible for their services, offers, staff and legal obligations.

Paid features, if offered, will show price, billing period and cancellation terms before purchase. Third-party payment providers may process payment details under their own terms. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

We may investigate reports and restrict content, messaging, Circle access or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination.

We may preserve relevant records during an investigation. Where appropriate, you may contact support to request review of an enforcement decision.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, matches, attendance, user conduct or travel outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Solo Circle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Solo Circle and request account deletion through app controls. We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
